At Casey Casey, we pride ourselves on the artisanal quality of our garments and offer a 14-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the fabric is handled with care to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garment and place it in its original packaging along with the completed return form and your unique RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item for integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
